Pineapple Pecan Dip Mix is southern favorite that's sure to become yours. A savory spread packed with green peppers, onions, and pecans. Just add crushed pineapple, cream cheese and sour cream. May also be made into a cheeseball. Serve with wheat crackers or vegetables. Makes our famous chicken salad!

Here are just a few ways to serve:
Pineapple Pecan Cheeseball
Add entire packet to 16 oz. cream cheese, softened, and 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (well-drained). Mix well. Shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight. Serve with wheat crackers. Optional: Roll cheeseball in finely chopped pecans.
Tropical Ham Roll-Ups
Follow recipe for cheeseball; spread mixture onto thinly sliced deli ham. Roll into tube shapes and chill 4 hours. Slice into 1/2 inch slices. Serve.
Pineapple Pecan Chicken Salad
Make Pineapple Pecan Cheesespread Mix according to directions. Fold in 2 cups of cooked cubed chicken. If mixture is too thick, you may thin with REAL mayonnaise. Allow to chill overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.
Tastes great served on mini-croissants or on Honey Wheat Cocktail Bread.
